Baked Mahón Menorca cheese dumplings

PREPARATION:

Grate the Mahón-Menorca cheese and mix it with the tuna. Put a teaspoon of the mixture on each wafer and seal it with the help of a fork. Place the dumplings on the oven tray and beat an egg with which the dumplings will be painted. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden.

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet of wafers
100 g of Mahón-Menorca cheese
3 cans of tuna in brine
1 egg
