Chop the ham and Mahón-Menorca cheese into pieces.
Put some of the mixture on one end of the filo pastry case and fold to make a parcel.
Blanch some strips of leek and, once dry, tie the parcels with them.
Brush the parcels with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 200ºC for 8 minutes.
