Mahón-Menorca Cheese Pop

We will need:

  • Hard Mahón-Menorca cheese
  • Wooden skewers

Grate the hard artisan Mahón-Menorca cheese.

Arrange the wooden skewers on baking parchment.

Put a little mound of grated Mahón-Menorca cheese at one end of each skewer.

Bake in the oven at 180ºC for five minutes, keeping a close eye to make sure they do not burn. The mound of cheese flattens out, adopting the shape of a lollipop.

Remove from the oven and allow to stand for five minutes until cool.
