Grate the hard artisan Mahón-Menorca cheese.
Arrange the wooden skewers on baking parchment.
Put a little mound of grated Mahón-Menorca cheese at one end of each skewer.
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for five minutes, keeping a close eye to make sure they do not burn. The mound of cheese flattens out, adopting the shape of a lollipop.
