TARTAR OF FUET (CATALAN SAUSAGE) FROM VIC WITH SEMI-CURED MAHÓN-MENORCA CHEESE

We will need:

 

  • 130g fuet
  • 25g tomatoes
  • 25g Figueres onions
  • 60g semi-cured Mahón-Menorca cheese
  • 10g Olive oil
  • Dice all the ingredients into small cubes.
  • Mix together in a bowl and drizzle over the oil.
  • Make oval balls, live ice cream scoops and them on tasting spoons.
