For the cake base, finely crush the biscuits, place in the mould and add the previously melted butter. Mix to thoroughly coat the biscuits. Spread the biscuit base thinly in the mould to cover the base and the sides. Set aside in the mould.
Beat the cream, the cheeses, the curd, the sugar and the eggs thoroughly until smooth. Pour the mixture over the cake base that was set aside.
