TARTAR OF FUET (CATALAN SAUSAGE) FROM VIC WITH SEMI-CURED MAHÓN-MENORCA CHEESE

Ingredients
- 130g fuet
- 25g tomatoes
- 25g Figueres onions
- 60g semi-cured Mahón-Menorca cheese
- 10g Olive oil

Preparation

Dice all the ingredients into small cubes.

Mix together in a bowl and drizzle over the oil.

Make oval balls, live ice cream scoops and them on tasting spoons.
