• 120g soft Mahón-Menorca cheese
• 90g apples
• 40g rockets
• 1g salt
• 1g pepper

Preparation

• Peel the apple, take out the core and pips and cut into small cubes.
• Cut the rocket into strips.
• Grate the soft Mahón cheese.
• On tasting spoon place a base of rocket and then apple, previously seasoned with salt and pepper.
• Sprinkle the grated Mahón cheese on top.
