ROCKET, APPLE AND SOFT MAHÓN-MENORCA CHEESE SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
- 120g soft Mahón-Menorca cheese
- 90g apples
- 40g rockets
- 1g salt
- 1g pepper

Preparation

Peel the apple, take out the core and pips and cut into small cubes.

Cut the rocket into strips.

Grate the soft Mahón cheese.

On tasting spoon place a base of rocket and then apple, previously seasoned with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the grated Mahón cheese on top.
