PREPARATION:

Cut the ham and Mahón-Menorca cheese into pieces. Place them on one end of the brick paste wafer and fold it into a small package. Blanch some leek strips and, once dry, close the packages with them. Paint the packages with beaten egg and bake at 200 ºC for about 8 minutes. Serve with a little bit of cane honey.

• 100 g of Mahón Menorca cheese
• 100 g of ham (York)
• 6 brick pasta wafers
• 25 g of cane honey
• 1 egg
• 1 leek
