Vic fuet tartar with semi-cured Mahón Menorca cheese
PREPARATION:
Cut all the ingredients into very small squares. Mix them in a bowl and season with the oil. Form into oval balls, like ice cream, and place them in tasting spoons.
INGREDIENTS:
- 130 g of fuet
- 25 g of tomato
- 25 g of Figueres onion
- 60 g of semi-cured Mahón-Menorca cheese
- 10 g of olive oil
